Job Summary

Generate liabilities ,create risk asset and explore other banking business from the corporate/retail clients to ensure that they benefit from the full range of UBA’s financial markets capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for asset and liability management for the UBA Tanzania by driving deposit mobilization as well as loan portfolio
  • Ensure maximum activity on customers’ accounts
  • Responsible for relationship management within UBA Tanzania
  • Develop periodic performance reports
  • Ensure business directives and initiatives from management are well disseminated across the country
  • Ensure the achievement of agreed targets in terms of deposit and risk asset mobilization

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree is compulsory; a Masters’ degree and/or a professional qualification is added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years inexperience in the same role.
