The key purpose of this role is to create, support, and sustain a progressive learning environment by providing an effective service to the value chain. Focused on the execution and delivery of people interventions leading to performance and morale improvement.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with Logistics Pillar and VPO Implementation
- Interpret and implement the production plan to ensure raw material availability
- Ensure stock accuracy in IBIS and SYSPRO.
- Responsibility for IBIS, SAP master data accuracy
- Ensure MRP KPI compliance
- Audit materials stock reconciliation
- Provide information to the regional, plant, & Department production plan and divisional planning as well as suppliers
- Comply with relevant audit requirements, VPO, DPO, etc.
- Provide information and participate in situational and systemic problem solving as required
- Investigate & minimize material (transfer) losses
- Assist with new material trials as the need arises
- Team Leadership
- Manage relationships with suppliers
- Support the Packaging Manager and Brewing Manager
- Support training and coaching needs
- Ensure PTP Adherence & GR/IR follow-up
- Ensure Hygiene compliance, 5s, and housekeeping of raw materials.
- TWP entrenchment
- Manage related by-products

Minimum Requirements:
- Ideally, a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2-3 Years of experience in the manufacturing industry, procurement, or Logistics
- PC Literacy and relevant IBIS/SYSPRO experience
- Understanding of the brewing & packaging materials as well as the Brewing & Packaging process would be advantageous
