About the Role

Training for Life (TFL) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Course Trainer to lead and

support our trainees in acquiring valuable skills. This role involves delivering training

sessions, working with facilitators, and ensuring the effective implementation of our

curriculum. If you are committed to youth empowerment, smart farming, and skill

development, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Before the Course:

• • Participate in planning meetings and curriculum reviews.
• • Prepare training materials, handouts, and teaching aids.
• • Assist in student recruitment and onboarding external facilitators.
• • Train and support new trainers.

🔹 During the Course:

• • Facilitate engaging training sessions in leadership, career guidance, citizenship, and
• entrepreneurship.
• • Organize discussions with trainers and external facilitators.
• • Develop and administer course evaluations.
• • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.

🔹 After the Course:

• Conduct a comprehensive course evaluation and report on key outcomes.

• Assist in training new trainers.

• Validate and refine the curriculum for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for youth training and development.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and external facilitators.
• Experience in curriculum development and training facilitation is a plus.
