Farm of Dream Lodge is home to twelve villages with 48 Double Rooms and Superior Rooms

RECEPTIONIST-1 POST.

REPORTING TO: RECEPTION SUPERVISTOR.

Duties & Responsibilities.

• Great and welcome all guests, assist them with check-in, check-out and maintain friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanors at all times.
• Participate in the room’s inspection before the check in of the guests.
• Answer all company’s phone calls from internal and external.
• Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service

Education and Qualification.

• Education in hospitality/Hotel industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to handle money.
• High level of personal hygiene.
• Polite and patient.
• Able to work as part of team
• Neat personal appearance.
• Female candidates with knowledge of hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
• Must have the age of 25-35
