Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Kayanga. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include contacting potential clients, presenting and selling company products, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves training new sales staff, maintaining sales records, and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training sales staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in the sugar or FMCG industry is a plus
