Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Motorbike Driver & Salesman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering products to customers, maintaining a professional relationship with clients, and promoting and selling products on the road. You will ensure timely deliveries, offer excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive a motorbike to deliver goods and services to customers as per the assigned routes.
Maintain a safe and timely delivery schedule while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
Promote and sell products to potential customers during deliveries.
Collect payments from customers and provide receipts where necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Maintain the motorbike in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Assist with inventory management and ensure products are in good condition during transport.
Complete daily sales reports and update the supervisor on performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a motorbike driver, delivery person, or salesman.
Valid motorbike riding license and a clean driving record.
English must
Strong knowledge of local routes and geographic areas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Ability to meet sales targets and goals.
Additional Skills (Optional):
Previous sales experience is an advantage.
