Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Scaffolder located in Dar es-Salaam. The Scaffolder is responsible for building, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures for construction and maintenance projects. Daily tasks include ensuring safety standards are met, inspecting scaffolding materials, working at various heights, and collaborating with other construction team members to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications

- Experience in Working at Height and Fall Protection
- Knowledge of Confined Space safety procedures
- Possession of a valid CSCS card
- Proficiency in Scaffolding techniques and practices
- Strong attention to safety and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Relevant certification or training in scaffolding
