Are you an experienced workshop professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality automotive service? Toyota Tanzania Ltd is hiring a Workshop Lead to join our team in Mbeya!

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering and at least 5 years’ experience managing an automotive workshop.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle service, repairs, warranties, and workshop operations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications and able to drive both light and heavy vehicles.
