Introduction of the Digital Interview System

The Online Aptitude Test System has been introduced and demonstrated to stakeholders at the National College of Tourism, Dar es Salaam. This system will streamline the interview process, enabling candidates to complete written tests online. It marks a significant improvement in efficiency and accessibility for job applicants.


Visits and Official Engagements

The Deputy Minister of State, Office of the President for Public Service Management and Good Governance, Hon. Deus Clement Sangu, recently visited the PSRS offices in Dodoma. He was welcomed by the Deputy Secretary, Engineer Samwel Tanguye, and other senior officials. During his visit, he reviewed the progress of the ongoing digital transformation in the recruitment process.


Public Engagement and Feedback

The PSRS also participated in public exhibitions at Maisara Grounds, Zanzibar and the 48th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (Sabasaba). The exhibitions aimed to educate the public about the services offered by the Secretariat, including the new digital recruitment systems.

Several job openings have been advertised, including positions at the Kigoma District Council, Planning Commission, and Tanzania Fisheries Research Institute (TAFIRI).
