Job Advertisement:

We’re looking for a Customer Service & Marketing Secretary to support our startup fitness equipment business and inspire others to embrace healthy living. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute engaging social media marketing campaigns.
  • Create content for social media platforms, emails, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media accounts and respond to inquiries from followers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and after-sales support.
  • Maintain and organize store inventory, product records, and order tracking.
  • Assist customers by understanding their needs, recommending products, and finalizing sales.
  • Support the team in sales and marketing strategies to grow the business.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in social media marketing and customer engagement.
  • Skilled in tools like Excel, Canva, meta business suite and other digital platforms.
  • A passion for fitness and promoting healthy lifestyles.
  • A proactive, multitasking individual eager to learn and grow.
