Our company is hiring a restaurant supervisor to join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete any assignments assigned by the manager.
• Monitor all guest requests to ensure they are met within the prescribed time limits.
• Communicate all information to associates on daily basis.
• Ensure all stations and knowledge of menus required for proper services are ready.
• Maintain and approve various administrative materials such as time sheets, accounting materials, safety records and payroll.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction by monitoring staff performance.
• To prepare weekly rotas, ensuring adequate staffing of the restaurant at all times.

Qualifications

• Must have a previous restaurant experience
• Must have atleast 2-3 years experience in related position.
• Diploma/bachelors degree in hospitality or other relevant field.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of food preparation and customer service.
