To develop and execute global market sales strategies that drive revenue growth across commercial and retail clients while aligning with their risk appetite. The role focuses on expanding market opportunities, delivering tailored Treasury solutions, and fostering collaboration to optimize client satisfaction and support the bank's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
• Strategically identify and onboard new customers while implementing effective retention strategies to ensure sustainable business growth.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal product teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with other front-end teams (Corporate, Commercial and Retail) to build and maintain strong merchant relationships, delivering tailored Treasury solutions to meet evolving client needs.
• Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across retail, commercial, and corporate segments to promote a full range of bank products and services.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Treasury products to align with client requirements and support the bank’s overall objectives.
• Conduct sales activities within approved limits while regularly monitoring performance and positions to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
• Work with support teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Risk, etc.) to ensure alignment between Treasury operations and support processes, maintaining service availability and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the Dealing Room by motivating and mentoring staff, setting clear objectives, and promoting continuous learning and development.
• Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to promote a full range of bank products and services.
• Facilitate the exchange of actionable market insights across the bank’s network, leveraging interactions with competitors, counterparties, and other market participants to inform decision-making.
• Any other duties as assigned.
